• 🪑 A reserved table for you & your flock to relax and enjoy the evening together, with our full café menu of handcrafted sips, snacks & shareables will be available for additional purchase throughout the evening. • ☕🧀🍷
💸 PRICING & DETAILS:
• $125 non-refundable deposit holds your appointment
→ $100 goes toward your treatment the night of the event
→ $25 covers your champagne & charcuterie experience
• 💉 Botox is just $9/unit for this special event (normally $11!)
🪞 Each client’s needs will be personally assessed during your one-on-one consultation, but an average number of units is typically between 30-40 units per client depending on age and muscle strength.
→ Every face is unique — and so is your treatment plan! 💕
• 💳 Remaining balances for personalized services will be due that evening, paid directly to Injector Jay via Credit Card or Zelle.
📝 IMPORTANT INFO:
• This event is strictly 21+ — IDs will be checked at the door
• Waivers must be signed in order to participate in injection services

The time you select during registration is your scheduled injection appointment time with Injector Jay.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, get cozy with your flock, and enjoy your welcome treats! 💕
This helps us keep the evening flowing smoothly and ensures everyone receives the time and attention they deserve.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for any reason, please know that we reserve the right to cancel your appointmentwithout refund, out of respect for the other guests and Injector Jay’s carefully planned schedule.
